Born in Barcelona in 1961, daughter of artists Joan Montcada and Mercè Escaïola. In 1984, she founded the Binomi studio, dedicated to the edition of original graphic works. Her career includes solo and group exhibitions across Europe and Japan, focusing on a continuous exploration of paper, fabric, and ceramics as spaces of visual memory.
